re: Cancelled food items that were a huge mistake

When I was a kid, there were 2 cereals called Quisp and Quake. Quisp was shaped like little UFO’s and Quake reminded me of Cap’n Crunch. The cereal company advertised a campaign where you voted for the cereal you liked and the other one would disappear. Quisp won, probably because it was superior.

I see the McDLT posts but no one ever talks about the Burger King Yumbo sandwich. It was a ham and cheese sandwich from the early 1970’s that was re-released about 5 years ago. The only reason I ever got one was that it came with a little styrofoam glider called a Yumbo Yet.
