See this is what I don’t get about Louisiana. You got a problem, everybody knows it’s a problem...we just sit around looking and talking about the problem.

Do we have any politicians from LC worth a damn?

Because bridges cost money and you need alot of studies and catered lunches before you can justify spending the taxpayers money. Also they have to figure out how to spend the money to reap the most political benefit.

I'm curious how the money is sourced. Is it a fixed split between state and federal. Say 50 / 50?
