• Trump also said during the press conference that the Spanish flu, which he described as the "Great Pandemic," killed 50 million to 100 million people.
• The 1918 pandemic, which was caused by an H1N1 virus, infected as many as 500 million people worldwide, and it killed at least 50 million people, according to the CDC.

Everyone has the occasional slip of the tongue, when they obviously know the actual facts. WW2 vs WW1 or 57 vs 47 states visited. I don’t give a damn about a simple slip
But Trump is ACTUALLY ARGUING that the flu ended WW1, when anyone with a basic understanding of history knows that is utter nonsense.
It was not a slip. It was historical illiteracy.

Hope your trans partner takes you out for a nice tube steak dinner to celebrate this big victory.

Glad original OP has never 'misspoke', all this is naturally and Trump does his share of it. To bad his promises and actions show him to be effective. He has advisors to help guide him.
Biden, on the other hand, has become a marionette and I don't care for the people pulling those strings.
And to the OP of the thread - your desperation is showing.

Give the man a break, Hank. He's been out and about time traveling around looking for the vaccine and Trumpx Capacitor has been acting up again.
What does this picture of Ivanka have to do with the post? Nothing. I was looking for a funny Trump time-traveler meme and came across this and thought she looked hot. That's all.

I was watching the update and I knew what he meant. Were you a Summa Cum laude graduate? A perfect 4.0?

Which about 95% of Americans possess. What's the big deal? I'm willing to gamble that at least 70% of Americans can't even tell you who we fought in World War I.

This is dumb. I watched live and knew he was talking about WWI. Imagine Biden giving open ended question and answer sessions to hostile "journ-o-listers".
Trump is amazing.

Radiation sickness and lead poisoning ended WW II.

Trump has stated many times that the Spanish Flu may have led to the end of WWI. There were articles written criticizing him after he made the statements. More American soldiers died from the flu than in any one great battle of the war. A more appropriate statement would have been that if the Armistice had not been signed that ended the war, the Spanish Flu would have had an impact on ending the war. The flu eventually killed more people than all the casualties in the war.

I disagree with Trump on this one. Europeans tired of massacring each other and the infusion of fresh, American, troops pretty much did the trick.

Can we agree with have two old senile dudes running for president?
I understand this is a trump support group here, but neither of our options are appealing unless you're a Today show Karen or weak-minded Q nutjob.

Then the Americans dumped a load of both men and materiel into the hands of the Allies. End of story.

Every verbal misstep helps the propaganda message that Biden is just as mentally sharp as Trump.
