First of all, you didn't break up, she dumped you. She was over you before she left.

And you don't have enough going on in your life, that's the problem.

Spoiler alert, your ex is getting nailed by at least 2-3 guys. Digest that, get yourself a good cry out of it, and then start focusing on improving yourself.

Get in the gym, crush it academically. If you're out of college, crush it at work, work on being promoted, and be a man that can attract much better women than you've been with in the past. There's no other way to go about it.
