No argument there. And it’s not a socioeconomic issue or a matter of upbringing. The utter lack of respect for “cleanliness” or maintenance is pervasive in this state. I don’t see it ever changing. Nor the states stereotype as a shithole.

Hmmm, I beg to disagree on the socioeconomic thing...pull into the parking lot of any Dollar Tree and you’ll be shocked by the amount of trash. Like someone mentioned earlier, there’s trash cans are out there, but the customers and employees are too lazy to use them...

The people tossing out trash on the roads obviously care about the cleanliness of their vehicles so they are not total sociopaths.
