Ouachita Parish Director of Homeland Security Neil Brown joins the growing list of parishes who are raising red flags about the way COVID-19 cases are being counted.
Earlier in the week, DeSoto Parish Sheriff Jayson Richardson and LaSalle Parish Sheriff/Head of Homeland Security Scott Franklin came forward with claims of inaccuracies due to over counting. Sheriff Franklin says the over counting sits at 40.6% in LaSalle Parish. He also mentioned two other parishes and the inaccuracies he claims they are dealing with due to over counting - Red River (40%) and Caldwell (47.73%).

On the Moon Griffon Show, Brown claimed a 15% over counting of COVID-19 cases. He believes that, in Ouachita Parish, there is a minimum of 600 cases being over counted. Currently, Louisiana Department of Health is attributing 4304 cases to his parish. Brown said that if LDH would show him 4304 names to match the case number then he would give them credit.
Is LDH refusing to work with parishes on their reporting?

Edwards will be the only person in Lousiana to be surprised by this news

Well I know I asked our person who posts parish numbers on fb homelands security page when the tests were DONE (they posted 70 something “new” cases that day) and she said they don’t get that info from the state.

And to think there are people that argue there will be no fraud in voter mail.

The sheriff also said the state wants parishes to sign basically a NDA to receive the names of the tests.

Honestly there is no reason that should be a problem
I would rather 200 employees checking state names against parish names looking for duplicates than people being paid to call for contact tracing

Long article in paper this morning explaining why all of these parish officials are idiots and don’t understand data. HIPPA violations, etc.
Preemptive strike I suppose...

He acted like it was so they couldn't go public with the discrepancies.

Or both sides are probably right about each other being wrong.

They addressed that too, saying they never released names.

And that should raise red flags all around.

Especially when you have parish officials checking names of people they personally know.

Covid is a scam and has been since day one. I believe nothing these so called experts tell us about it

Though problematic, those parishes amount to a statistical error for the state.
No one seems to be talking about how little CV there is in the NOLA area. Hospitalization way down from March/April.
There is doubt that it is way up in several parishes with high need for hospital beds, but those areas aren't as bad as NOLA or even BTR back in March April when hospital bed needs dropped like a rock in a week's time

It's more than just those parishes. Listen to Moon's show.

that's assuming the larger parishes are all on the up and up, we know that's not happening. If the over reporting is that high in little parishes that shite is out of control in the larger ones. That way we can continue with this narrative of "cases" and "positivity". It's a fraud but we're stuck w/ this ambulance chasing POS governor. Time for the repukes in the state house to sign that petition and end this "public health emergency."
