Serious question-what kind of “Baptist “ church is this?

Not Southern (Baptist)
His/her lifestyle is very much against the SBC statement of belief.
From what I read, He was pastor of a Baptist church in Canada. He came out to his church in a sermon one Sunday, I guess becoming a She that Sunday. She was voted out by His/Her congregation the next day. There are several scriptural beliefs She is in conflict with that (I guess) her congregation found unacceptable.
Some information about Baptists. Baptist congregations are very independent. The rules for a congregation are generally established with the forming of the congregation and may be changed at the will of the congregation. This can and sometimes does happen in a church. However, the congregation is required to accept the statement of beliefs of the SBC to remain a part of that association.
You will find Baptist churches that no longer are SBC churches, having chosen to withdraw from the convention when the beliefs of the congregation changed with the beliefs of the SBC.
There is a Baptist church a short distance from my house that is not a SBC congregation. From all appearances, God continues to bless them.

What "religion" will it be preaching, since Judism and Christianity are ruled out on face value?
Not familiar enough with satanism, paganism, witchcraft, voodoo, etc., to know if gender dysphoria and other sexual deviantism is accepted in leadership or at all.

I mean jews haven’t taken much at face value.
There’s a few thousands years of argument a over the meaning of rules.
The Torah tells us not to boil a calf in its mother’s milk, and we produce an extremely complicated system of preventing meat and dairy from mixing. And the we argue for a few thousand more years about whether this matters at all. Whether we are getting lost in the weeds. How much of the Torah is just good government for a desert people 3000 years ago.

Christ was famous for encouraging people to judge each other.

I want to believe Jesus would have listened and then in a very Christlike manner, told her she would not inherit the kingdom of heaven. My hope is that he would have shaken the dust from his feet as he departed. Everything about the encounter would have been explained to the disciples later, in accordance with his way of teaching them. Would have been interesting to listen to that discussion.

What a joke Christianity has become. Weak men have allowed all manner of perversion to infiltrate the church.

People who say this kind of shite are usually at least 150 pounds overweight. I see the problem with having a transgendered preacher, but if you listen to Blaire White you’re going to hell? Seems pretty fricking stupid to me.

If he's decided that he's now a woman, then 1 Timothy 2:12 comes to mind.

2 Timothy 4:3-4
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, 4 and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths.

You don't need scripture or even to be a Christian to see what is happening. It can be explained simply by weak men allowing themselves to be corrupted.
