That just not true.
They could muster the men but could not support and supply much over two million on continent.
If they left China the number would be far less because again they do not have the ability to feed, arm and move a fraction of the two million.
An army marches on its belly and China can not as of now supply an army for any length of time.

China is pissed at Cananada for arresting a Huawei exeutive officer
China is pissed at Australia for investigating the origins of COVID-19 and China's attempts to suppress info
China is pissed at India for "occupying" territory it believes is theirs
China is pissed Vietnam, Philippians, Malaysia, ect. dare to challenge their "soverenty" over the south china sea
China is pissed at Itally that they would accuse China of being the origin of the virus
China is pissed at UK for suspending 5G to Huawei
And of course China is pissed at the US for actually standing up for Americans and challenging China on Trade, COVID, South China Sea, India-China territory issues, on china currency manipulation, and china stealing IP, HK rights, ect
China is picking a "fight" with a lot of the worlds top tier countries at the same time...... this will not end well for a country that on paper is a superpower....
