I am just providing you guys some perspective on that place. I am continually amazed at how y'all just think golf courses should just exist regardless of economics. Believe it or not even non-profits and governments have to balance budgets.
I want all these golf courses to exists but I am also a realist. When I dig into the numbers I am amazed they have all been open this long.

What numbers? The BREC report isn't bad at all and you don't have any numbers from LSU
