Sooo, how does the Libertarians propose to stop illegal immigration?

Are we doing it now?

End welfare to illegals, the market will dictate the flow of migrants.

Put another way, if libertarians had our way, there would likely no longer be a single United States of America.

The idea that 327 million people can be ruled by anything other than a monstrous central state is a pipe dream.

Trump clearly is not Republican. His own party tried everything they could to stop him. Hard to argue otherwise.

we do this every election year, and then all of you still end up voting straight R every time

I definitely lean more right than prog even though much of the libertarian platform does appeal to me.

The Dems have completely jumped the shark at the national level imo. People like AOC, Bernie Sanders and Ilhan Omar will be the face of that party moving forward.

how does the Libertarians propose to stop illegal immigration? You just gonna make Gov programs go away? And that’s gonna work in CA, OR, NY, CO, etc?

I can speak for Georgian Libertarians.

You catch at the boarder and return back to Mexico or the home country.

The idea of Liberty is freedom until it encumbers someone else's freedom. There is a line. Illegal immigration crosses the line. Specifically, what laws are you challenging me on?

This is my philosophy on lawmaking.
Imagine a law being broken. Imagine the perpetrator being arrested with maximum force and at gun point. Was the law worth it?
Laws against Illegal immigration? Yes
Laws against weed? No
Laws against Government invasion of personal property? Yes. The government should protect private property owners rights even if they aren't popular or nice.
Laws for Platform protection for private companies acting as publishers? No. I have no problem with platforms having protection. But once they become publishers, they should be subject to torts just like any other publisher.

I've noticed absolutely no difference on either side. Same people still in power doing the same shite.

I could go for libertarian if they weren't for open illicit drug use with no consequences.

How is that sad? I don't want a monstrous central state ruling me, so I would favor a breakup of the United States.

Why should there be state imposed "consequences" for actions that don't harm anyone else?

I never thought draining translated into fixing it. That’s going to take the people to vote that out, but you’re seeing the bottom of the swamp right now.

The libertarian party has sucked lately. I can get behind some ideas but not all.

Yep and they’re insufferable

They complain about the left being crazy but they’re essentially the exact same thing.

Trump does no wrong.

Been that way for a long time. Red and Blue are both full of shite and in bed together. Choosing either is foolhardy.
