He is right, but he is also wrong. It is not so easy for a 53 year old guy with a family to just say I quit and go start a new company. It is easier for young unattached guys to do that, but they are a bunch of soi boys. It isn't our generation that are a bunch of pussys, it is the younger generation that is. Don't bitch at us, bitch at yourself.
