But, riddle me this, with the tendency of prosecutors to down grade crimes to get perps to have lesser sentences and NO trials but minor convictions, will this mean that some crimes are downgraded and this makes them not a crime at all?
That's one way to lower those crime rates.

It would be OK if we were talking these newer "crimes" they added over the last couple decades like "hate crime" and bullying bs. Redundant crimes when they just didn't enforce the originals and such. Responses to "well there oughta be a law".

But the implementation of this will be more like the law determining, "nope didn't see a thing" when a real crime is occurring.

"Burn this MF down" is in no way shape, form, nor fashion, calling for a riot ya know. Just a mere expression of the 1A.

That deputy was killed in Mississippi yesterday transporting a prisoner for a mental evaluation. I guess unarmed professionals will fare better.

Well, god bless her. My wife gets the shite kicked out of her once or twice a week. I’m glad your mom didn’t.

There are a lot of instances of someone having an “episode” and police show up with no intention other than helping and end up having to fight or shoot some crazed person. So yes, eventually a social worker will be killed.

Police should just be paid way more but also held to a higher standard. I’d also be fine with seeing a federal supplement given so that less time is spent on traffic enforcement to generate money and actual policing and community presence being done.

So she undergoes, on average, two 15-20 minutes assaults a week??? What are they doing to her during the assaults and how old are these students? (You may have said the type of school alteady but I didn’t catch it)

Which means beating the shite out of white students.

But mostly white students. ~30% black schools expose white students to significant violence. I saw it first hand.

The leadership in the schools and county are scared to address it.

It emboldens the blacks students to take their parents’ hatred (it’s taught at home, obviously) of whites out on the 18yo and younger in these schools.

Shortly after white parents take their kids out for safety reasons. They then get blamed for making the problem worse. Then the mobs go looking for more white kids to gang up on.

My wife teaches psycho-ed kids. She has to subdue a kid on the ground pretty regularly but hasn’t been hurt bad. She may get a scratch or bruise from time to time; I don’t want her doing it the rest of her career.

My brain hasn’t had coffee yet. It just hit me, a suicide threat with a gun won’t be a criminal call. Oh boy, this is going to be a s**t fest .

My wife has a couple years left until retirement. It will be the best thing that’s happened to her.

Lol wut? FD and EMS are the most over used services in history, they spend half the day making calls to nursing homes with Dr. and RN on staff

They should just remove all of the police departments and allow California to revert to their liberal progressive utopia.
