RP was a good runner but nothing crazy. He was on par with Joe Burrow as a runner and I could argue from looking at clips that Burrow had better instincts as a runner and he was for sure tougher. RP was a good passer also. I think he could have been first team all SEC as a QB but he wouldn't have been a All-American or anything like that. If he plays the 2008 season, I think they go 9-3 rather than 8-5. They beat Bama and they beat Arkansas. Now if he would have stayed for 2009, that is the year he could have made a huge difference. They might have run the table.

i think peak potential is a shorter Jameis Winston

like you said he's mobile but not really a runner. Jameis could move around but wasn't a runner or anything
