Business should decide for themselves when to and not to open not Honor Code. The Sheriff should protect the peoples constitutional rights to do so.

Sabine Parish has always been a bunch of outlaws.
quote:
No Man’s Land became a haven for squatters, runaway slaves, army deserters and thieves. Merchants in Natchitoches and present-day Texas, who relied on trading routes that went through No Man’s Land, began seeing their stock and supplies disappear. American revolutionaries, dead-set on taking Texas for the U.S., began showing up. Ironically, the peaceful territory that Spain and the U.S. sought by creating No Man’s Land became everything but. It would take years of Spanish and American forces raiding the camps set up by these interlopers before the No Man’s Land experiment, finally, was ended in 1821. The interpretation varies, however the area was sometimes described as a place filled with an outlaw culture or a different take is that the region could be seen as a bastion for those cultural groups who wished to find a home where they could preserve a way of life they cherished.

Many is like a beach town. Not many people live there, but in the summer, there’s a lot more around.

Grand Isle is 7 miles long and they were pretty much wide open 2 weeks ago...
the only place we couldn't go that we usually go to was Arties, but the beach had more people and ATV's on it than I've ever seen, and that includes the 4th of July

Many, LA Population: 2,720
My high school had more students than Many has people.
Who gives a shite about this chickenshit, one red-light town?
Many is the parish seat of 28,000 population Sabine Parish. Yeah, it's no economic mecca but many people within the parish go to Many for their grocery and shopping needs. It's a little more than a 1 red light town.
I'm a Many grad and although I don't live there anymore good for Mayor Freeman for putting this out there. More Mayors and Parish Presidents need to follow suit.

Sounds like Livingston and Tangi parishes for the first half of the 1900 hundreds from what I remember reading.
