I don’t know about the bigger cities, but in rural South Georgia, bars are closed. Most restaurants are open but offering pickup/ drive thru services. Dine in restaurants that are open, are only allowing small numbers in but they are serving alcohol. Most of the small businesses stayed open, but had limited access/ contact.
