Hot Chicken--on the grill

Decided to season and do a couple burns on the new toys today. After everything seasoned and cooled off for a while I relit and grilled some Hot Chicken boneless/skinless thighs. Made a marinade for them a few hours, dry seasoning, then onto the Santa Maria.
Making this new Honey Siracha sauce is my new go to.

This go round was Frank's Red Hot, spicy pickle juice, and blue agave siracha.

It's not just the picture lol. The Santa Maria is 24x30" and smoker is 24x60 chamber, 8' total length.
