All you “eat healthy” folks, tell me what you do.

I was blessed genetically to be able to eat whatever I want and not get fat. I realize that I’m not doing my body any favors by doing so, though.
If you consider yourself a person who consistently eats healthy, tell me how and what you eat on a daily or weekly basis.

If it looks like you killed it yourself or it came out the ground or off a plant, eat it. If not, don’t.

It’s not complicated. It can in fact be hard depending on your lifestyle.
But overall I agree with you. It’s very simple, it just takes discipline.

Limit unnatural sugar. Eat a salad now and then. Be conscious of what’s in your food. Zero fast food. High protein intake.

That is only a true statement if you are over 50 and can still do that without gaining weight. Other than that, it's just part of having a young man's metabolism.

I eat an orange and I gain a lb. so I am limited to proteins and vegetables almost exclusively. The good thing about it is I am rarely hungry or effected by hunger. But I’d much rather be you. Mrs Pimp can eat anything and still weigh 101 lbs.

Shop on the outside walls of the grocery store.
Of course that isn't all inclusive, but the processed foods tend to be in the aisles.

Want the best advice? Simple:
"If you can't grow it, hunt it or pick it, don't eat it".
