St. Bernard Parish signs EO limiting shopping

St. Bernard Parish President Signs Safe Stores Order
St. Bernard Parish President Guy McInnis, signed an Executive Order today to help combat the spread of COVID-19 within the Parish. All stores and retail operations located in St. Bernard Parish selling essential items must:
A. Have hand sanitizers and sanitizer wipes available at all customer entrances and exits;
B. Have markings on the floor at registers indicating stopping points for customers that are six feet apart;
C. Require that customers must stay six feet apart at all times.
D. Limit the number of customers to one customer to a grocery basket or cart, unless the customer has physical or mental disabilities that require the assistance of another person; and
E. Prohibit group shopping. Customers shopping without a basket, may only shop solo (by themselves) unless the customer has physical or mental disabilities that require the assistance of another person.
F. Post signs indicating all applicable rules included in this Order
G. Enforce all requirements contained in this Order.
Additionally, all stores and retail operations located in St. Bernard Parish selling essential items except: Walmart Supercenter, (8101 W Judge Perez Dr, Chalmette, LA 70043), Walmart Neighborhood Market (2500 Archbishop Hannan Blvd, Meraux, LA 70075), Breaux Mart (315 E Judge Perez Dr, Chalmette, LA 70043), Winn Dixie (3300 Paris Rd, Chalmette, LA 70043), Save A Lot (8700 W Judge Perez Dr, Chalmette, LA 70043) Canseco’s Market (6901 LA-46, Arabi, LA 70032), Home Depot (8601 W Judge Perez Dr, Chalmette, LA 70043) and Tractor Supply (2505 Archbishop Philip M Hannan Blvd, Meraux, LA 70075) must:
A. Limit the number of customers inside the store to ten customers. The ten customer limit shall not include persons assisting a customer that has physical or mental disabilities that require assistance;
This Order shall go into effect on Wednesday April 8, 2020 at the time each store opens to customers.

Parish has a rather large amount of single, welfare moms. If you can't take them with you, and you aren't supposed to bring them to someone else's house... yeah I don't know.

So these families that are shopping together are going to take separate cars and maintain 6 feet in their own homes?
