Are y’all closing from the mad rush a few weeks back? My Apprasial just went thru, seems to be a fairly slow process.

I see everyone closing cost around 3500 or so. I’m happy with my appraisal
Process and appraiser. Shoutout chuck.
But my closing costs I think are around 7k which I thought was stupid high
