I had a cousin come to visit a few years ago. He is not from the US. I was showing him south Louisiana and he started noticing all the billboards. He said all the billboards were for either lawyers or casinos.
He asked me if we really had that many traffic accidents.
I had to explain the whole insurance racket in Louisiana.
