Mine was in my late 40's... felt like I had a pine cone up my arse.
Thought I would be funny and sent a pic to my gf. Mistake. Took her a year to start licking my a-hole again!

I was probably 21 the first time I had to push a 2 inch long hemorrhoid back up into my anus. Pain wasn't that bad so I don't think I've experienced the worst.
