If you could pick 1 house to live on St. Charles Avenue, what would it be?

Solely for living.
Not the one that is worth the most so you can sell because you wouldn’t want to live in New Orleans.

Hmmm... probably the big, kinda off-white one with the yard.

I'll ask my butler. He has a vacation cottage on St. Charles.

Saint Charles Place, duh

The Library. Off street parking, and not that many rooms to clean. It's a craftsman so the wiring and plumbing aren't more than a century old and IMO that was the last great time for master builders.)
(You know sometime the city is going to sell it to a friend of city hall, why not to me?)

There is a house at the corner of St Charles and Cadiz St. right across from Sacred Heart. The garage is bigger that the shotgun house I owned two blocks away. I’d live there.

That's the Ourso house.
ETA: I'd convert Latter Library to a private residence.

Wedding cake house, had a great kitchen and the people that bought it from Worley finished the third floor and they put in a pool

Chicken’s parents’ house is pretty nice.

That's what I thought. Great pad. In Audubon Place, and directly across from Audubon Park.

I did do that, thinking about listing it since I have decided against moving back to it and my family isnt needing it.

St Charles in NO eh? It would have to be the one with Wuhan Virus so it'd kill me quick!
Couldn't pay me to live in that river debris and human wasteland called New Orleans again.

Something about Park View Guest House just seems so damn cozy to me

Really? What if you were given a salary of $1M a year to simply live in New Orleans? That's it. Not catch. You wouldn't take it then?
