The 18th Witness

Can someone explain this to me, I am out of the loop on it?
I know they actually deposed 17, but was there info insinuating that Schiff spoke with an 18th and used that info too? e.g. He spoke with the whistleblower

No it was Michael Atkinson. He called it an executive interview or something instead of a witness Deposition. So they had 18 testimonies but Schiff only sent 17 because
Atkinson would have sank this before they even authorized impeachment proceedings.

The 18th witness is Michael Atkinson, the ICIG. His testimony was never released. It is rumored it exposes Schiff’s coordination with the WB, EC.

Atkinson’s testimony was never released, and it was supposedly devestating to the Whistleblower and Schiff’s case...They hid it on purpose, this whole thing was a sham...

18th witness was IG who laid out cooperation with Schiff and Ciaramella. Not a good look for Schiff, so he will not allow it into the record.

Kevin McCarthy said if the Rs win back the House it will be released.

Can the Senate now investigate the impeacher and have the ICIG testify before them?
It's time. It's Schiff's turn to be investigated.

The 18th witness was the Intelligence Community Inspector General, Michael Atkinson. Apparently he blew up Schiff's story and exposed the whistleblower. In a regular court holding that back would be like holding back exculpatory evidence but apparently that's something that's permissable when you're in the middle of a TDS-fueled impeachment.

There was an 18th witness deposed in the secret house bunker. His testimony is the only testimony that has been withheld and the dems refuse to declassify it.
People who witnessed and have reviewed the testimony, but are legally barred from discussing it due to its ridiculous classification, have said that it reveals damning evidence of coordination between Adam Schiff's staff, the WB and Vindman. This coordination began well before the WB filing. It also reveals that all those involved in this efford had past close relationships and were holdovers of the Obama admin.

But if we have co-equal branches of gov't, why is the legislative able to block the executive from reviewing/access to the testimony of an executive official?

Does the presidents council not have legal access to it??? How is that even possible that they can interview someone as part of a prosecution and not share that with the defense?

Schiff and the Media are now impugning Cippilone’s character, calling him a fact witness who should’ve recused himself. Pot meet MFing kettle. Had that 18th transcript been released that sleezebag would’ve been exposed.

So why hasn’t his council sued for that information?
I thought the prosecution had to turn over everything to the defense? Or is there some hidden bullshite when it comes to impeachment?
