2 years ago we camped in the north camp ground when we went to the landing to launch the boat there was a sign saying dont eat the fish cause of lead or something we fished for a few days and in that time caught a few bass and sacs a very small few. The fishing was bad but its pretty on the lake it was middle of the week and quiet and fun. We were very disappointed about the sign and after the wife read it there was no talking her into taking fish back to camp cleaning and frying them. Aint been back. Love the camp ground and walking and biking but aint bringing my boat again specially with the occasional comments I see here.

There are some monster bass in that lake. I have never had much luck with quantity though. It is one of those lakes where everywhere you look is a great spot and should be loaded with fish but it is not.
Pretty lake to fish though.

I've never fished it, but it won't be long before I get pics of a wheelbarrow full of white perch from there. A guy I know does it every February.
I fished Millers a lot growing up. Very shallow lake. The water depth will go from 5 ft to 2 ft in the middle of the lake and it looks like it would be wide open. Use to kill the bass on top water at dusk and dawn there.
