When Tua fumbled at the goal line. It was apparent that even big bad Alabama was shook up by preparing for us. I really wasn't even nervous the rest of the year.

When clemson ran the trick play on their first offensive play.
They essentially admitted that they knew they couldn't beat LSU straight up.
I turned to my wife and told her it was over. This lsu team was far too good at executing to lose if they were the better team.
I just didnt know how good Clemson actually was because of their shite schedule. but that play revealed their mindset.
I could have lit the cigar right then.

Fabio's fumble in 4th quarter.

I was nervous every Saturday until we destroyed A&M. After that I went into every game with no concern. I am still in awe of how good that team was.

The Marshall TD to make it 42-25

While 3&17 was being run for a td! I being truthful.

At about the 9:00 minutes left mark of 2nd half last Monday. I looked at my son and said “I think they’ve given up”! Talking about Clemson. I think we had the ball then.
But I was extremely worried at the 17-7 juncture and again at the 2nd half after they promptly held us; scored not only a convincing TD; but, the 2 point conversion as well!!!
Unbelievable; just unbelievable the team we had. And all that fell into place this year with damn near everything and everybody (getting Ingrahm back mid season and Divinity for the Ch. game. Not to say of CEH and #6 on offense!)

When Clemson started the game with a trick play.

When we were pounding Bama in the 2nd quarter.

When LSU adjusted to Clemsons defense and Joe got hot in the second quarter.

My first clue was the first TD deep to Chase vs Bama. That was the “uh-oh Happy learned how to putt” moment.
Then vs GA on the 71 TD scramble play when Jefferson slapped that guys hand away from his helmet seemingly without ever seeing him coming. That’s when it hit me that it’s probably our year.

Many moments going back to the Texas game but when Burrow pulled off that throw to Jefferson vs UGA i just knew no one was beating this team.

There were a few times.
Up 33-13 against Bama at halftime (I mean WOW!!)
21-0 A&M then final 50-7. Tore them some new assholes. Knew we were not going to lose at that point
After Oklahoma, game over for whoever we play next

After destroying that UGA team, I knew it. Honestly it was after they beat Bama so resoundingly at their place.

Burrow to Chase on the first drive against Bama, when they scored first drive, I knew this team was different

After Corso picked the Tigers against Bama you could the energy deflate from the Tide crowd. Then the interception and TD pass to CEH before half made me turn to the wife and tell her "This is Our Year!"

In alabama game in 1stQ, when Tua fumbled and we drove it 95 yards for a TD. I honestly said out loud that this team will not lose to anyone. And I believed it.
