we dont need to waste a scolly on a RB who will likely never be a starter. If it is just for depth, how much depth does a very average true freshman give you anyway? We have guys already on the team (Carter and Kirkland) that would give better quality depth for the 2020 season and can shoot for a couple RB's in the next class that are difference makers
