Scruffy isn't against diversity of thought, but does it really?

More data, at least from external observation, points towards a lack of diversity of thought occurring on college campuses, especially in those locations that are deemed very "diverse".

Now, that isn't to say that every single person on a campus has the same view points, but, with most colleges, the administration to the educational staff and down to the student government, there is a decidedly lack of diversity of thought.

This is seen even in conservative regions/states.

University of Wisconsin is a heavily progressive campus, as is University of Texas in Austin.

Diversity of thought, as the end game of diversity pushes, is not an actual outcome. It never has been.

Can you actually give Scruffy an example of a diverse campus anywhere in the country where "diversity of thought" actually occurs?

Hell, the colleges in California express their diversity as a cornerstone of their existence, but they are the least thought diverse entities in the USA.

Same with the Ivy League schools.

There is a distinct lack of diversity of thought in academia, especially within those academic institutions that laud their diversity.
