I know and King made it worse. We need someone who can at least slow it down somehow.
There are lots of clever ideas out there to do this, but he did nothing,

Louisiana will probably never have enough white collar jobs to be employ all of its college graduates. We aren't the only state like this. We can work to improve this though.
