Capitalizing off the suffering, or perceived suffering of black people.
Reading Twitter, many Black men are pretty upset that these movies keep getting made, while Black women seem to be thrilled at them.
What does the board think?
Black Twitter is like a god damn warzone over that movie.

Saw it.
It was billed as a Bonnie and Clyde retelling, and it is. Like the Warren Beatty version, Bonnie and Clyde are folk heroes rather than the reality.
It hits every single racist white guy stereotype.
It ends in the obvious manner.
Acting was great, direction was great, writing was laughably bad. Writing and dialogue were on par with Crash.

Idk why any black person would want to see a movie where white, mass murderers are instead black.
It isn’t a sexy story no matter how much Hollywood has tried to make it one.

Is on par with White, Blue hair/pink hair SJW's as worst on twitter. Just the worst to ever type out thoughts.

Which is why that Netflix film starring Kevin Costner and Woody Harrelson was so refreshing. It portrayed Bonnie and Clyde for what they truly were....cold-blooded killers.

It is. No more interesting or redeeming than most of the race films that Hollywood makes. You can keep Tarantino's Jewish and slavery revenge porn movies as well. Good for one viewing only.

you are exactly correct but the racists and the SJW will sky scream and deny the truth of it

I used to go there but they were getting increasingly worse with the politics (mods intentionally stirred a lot of the controversy) and than the mods pulled the whole only non-white people can post here “prank”.

What a great Holiday movie. Hope it loses a ton.

Yeah, it's a fantasy version of how(at least some, obviously) black women think fatal officer-black person encounters go down.
I normally have no problems with fantasy, but this is a dangerous one.

This is a good point - I'm sure it is somewhat universal (Robin Hood syndrome), but Americans, particularly American women, fetishize violent actors if the perp is attractive (e.g. Bundy, the Boston Marathon Bomber), even if the killer is the most damaged, reprehensible type of monster, ever.
So, it isn't limited to black folks (or black women). In this case, these are fictional characters, so somewhat similar to Tarantino's revenge fantasy films.

3 people on the board will see it and have legitimate thoughts/opinions. Dozens of idiots will pretend they know exactly what the movie is even though they will refuse to see it.

Hey, the 1967 version of the film called and it reminded me that you have no idea what you're talking about. Yeah, that movie that was one of the most profitable and culture-altering films of that decade, remembered for its addition of sex and violence. And then True Romance called, and I obviously can't repeat what it said on this board.
