Needs of the service.... right now they need a new groundskeeper, but with the new noise restrictions the weed whacker and mowers have been replaced with scissors.

During HS and college and even after I college I worked for this guy who owned a small manufacturing business. He did the same - gave the shite jobs to people he wanted to fire but refused to fire them because he would be on the hook for unemployment lol So he made their lives complete hell until they would just walk out.
Felt sorry for some of them but they weren’t the boss.
