Rispone registered for the draft, as required by law, then enrolled at LSU, which allowed him to defer induction into the military. Upon graduation in 1972, when Rispone was available for service, he was not drafted.
One chose to serve and defend our nation, and the other deferred his induction.

So where exactly was bel Edwards deployed? Any tour of service?
Dude went to West Point and then promptly left the service. Looks like he got in for the prestige and left before being deployed.

A majority of west point officers are garbage people chosen because of rich parents. All service academy's are like this.

Looks like Rispone came out a winner in life. Built a company that clears 350 million in annual revenue with his own two hands and brain and now he's worth tens of millions if not well over a hundred million dollars himself.

Oh really? What companies did we actually lose? While Jindal was governor for 8 years? Where did Nissan build? MS; Mercedes-Benz? Al; How many actual plants did Louisiana lose out on under the Piyush era?
