In fact, the "affidavit" was obtained by Giuliani from Joe diGenova and Victoria Toensing, Two Fox news, always Trumper lawyers, who are defending Ukrainian oligarch Dmitry Firtash, who is fighting extradition to the U.S. to face charges of public bribery.
That affidavit isn't worth the toilet paper it was written on.
