Good luck, brother.
Looks like Control Systems is still pencil-and-paper. To me, that's a good thing. A lot of the PE Exams are being transitioned to computer-based format. I'm glad I snuck in before my discipline was transitioned over. As long as you're comfortable with your references that you'll have for the exam and have worked a lot of practice problems and old exams, you should do fine.
One thing to remind yourself is that there is plenty of time to do the exam. I didn't take Control Systems, but my advice is to go through the exam and answer the ones you know and can answer quickly. Mark the others to indicate whether you can work them with a little effort/time, or whether the question will require a lot of time to work. On your second pass through, answer the ones that take minimal effort.
Then start on the others.
I kept a tally as I went along in each session (morning/afternoon) of the number of questions I felt really confident that I answered correctly. It gave me a lot of confidence that I would pass, and eased the anxiety when I was down to the remaining questions that I wasn't totally sure on how to best approach.
Once I was confident that I had enough answered where I'd pass, I wasn't so worked-up over those final irritating questions they throw on there. I convinced myself to give it a good effort on some of those and made educated guesses on a few. I ended up walking out with about an hour remaining and passed on my first attempt.
Good luck!!
