Trubisky sucks

Just thinking out loud- Joe had trouble with taking snaps from under Center in our offense last year- meaning he wasn’t comfortable doing it. Now that he’s in his comfort zone in shotgun/RPO offense, does his game translate to the pro’s? Don’t most QBs take the majority of snaps from under Center in the league? Wouldn’t this be a concern for any pro team?

The problem with being the #1 pick in the draft as QB (which I think Burrow is headed towards), is that you go to an absolutely shitty team and they have no choice but to throw you to the wolves Day 1, Game 1.
it works out well sometimes. ask troy aikman. dude went 1-15 his first year.
of course, there was a little bit of talent growing with him in dallas then

it all depends on what team and system he is asked to run

Romo was more of a gunslinger. I remember him throwing off his back foot a lot and making things happen during the play and after routes developed ala Favre. I don’t see that at all with Burrow.
Burrow’s timing and footwork in the pocket are some of the best I have ever seen from a college qb. He gets the ball out and places it exactly where it needs to be, he knows instinctively how the route trees are going to develop against what the defense is doing, and he moves in the pocket subtly to avoid the rush.
I mean, he’s the college version of Brady. He can run better than Brady but his style and approach to the game is Brady-esque.

The dude holds multiple Dallas Cowboys records. You are ridiculous.
They have a point who argue that Romo choked away every chance to truly distinguish himself by winning championships.

It all depends on where he gets drafted. If it is with the saints then I think he does great and has a long career. If it is somewhere like the bengals or titans no bueno. He needs to be with a modern offense or at least with a coach that has the ability to implement one, to compliment his skill set

16 games/yr., rules that penalize the defense for having halitosis around the qb, or looks crosseyed at receivers, I'd hope there'd be some numbers

Romo was a choke artist and undisciplined, he's a pretty nice guy and is very knowledgeable about football, a better analyst than he was a player, would probably make a hell of an OC, as an NFL qb, Romo was a terrific golfer
