Top 3 Memorable Stand-out Individual Performances in LSU History?

These may not be the biggest performances "statistically" - just the most memorable. Ones that you and the guys still talk about every now and then as you stroll down memory lane. "Remember that game when . . ." Also - these are individual performances, not moments (so things like Bluegrass miracle, Earthquake game, Halloween Cannon etc... don't count)
Older guys may have more of a historical perspective but my top 3 in recent memory are:
1. Leonard Fournette Vs Auburn 2015. Completely ran over the entire Auburn defense. Defenders turning down tackles, getting trucked, jumping off of him etc. Heck...even Verne Lundquist sounds alive in this one. LINK
2. Tyrann Mathieu Vs Georgia. SEC Championship 2011. Honey Badger at his BEST. The season/performance that got him invited to New York. Punt return for a touchdown and another punt return where he almost juked out the whole UGA defense but got caught by the shoelaces by the last guy. Not to mention his stellar defensive play all over the field! LINK
3. Joe Burrow VS Texas 2019. Yes - I know this is really fresh but I think it's an instant classic that will be remembered for a looong time. 31/39; 471 yards and 4 TDs including the "dagger" 3rd and 17 throw to Jefferson. Especially after years of mediocre QB play, to finally have a QB and a performance like that on a big stage. . .that's the stuff legends are made of. LINK
WHO ARE YOUR TOP 3?
(Negas - stay away from this thread. No bashing here. . .folks are free to share their opinion. Not to mention, these are all great Tiger performances so they should be applauded)

If you watched that entire game VS Houston then you would say it’s that memorable.

Mathieu against Oregon in 2011 and Hester against Florida in 2007 are the two in the last 15 years that are most memorable for me. Lot’s of possibilities for the 3rd spot for me. Rohan in the 2001 Sugar Bowl was damn fun to watch.

I will have to go with Fournette vs Ole Miss in 2015 I think. I was there, it was amazing to see him out run everyone for a TD 3+ times and truck that freshmen safety. I swear to god that ole piss fan sitting near me in tiger stadium lost his shite and was cussing up a storm, it was glorious and my favorite memory in tiger stadium.

246 yards rushing, 2 TDs
78 yard punt return for TD
Brought us back from a 20 point 4th quarter deficit to avoid embarrassing defeat/upset.
