As I read this, I’m re-thinking our Texas approach. After being treated like second class citizens (incuding the band), wouldn’t taking the ‘high road’ on this one be more like LSU? Revenge feels good for 5 minutes but has zero impact.
With that said, Florida is a different story. They deliberately snubbed our empathy, turned the conversation and used it against us. They deserve what’s coming.

This is one thing I love about O he seems to be cultivating and rebuilding ties to instate schools.

Fork 'em Demons and Go Tigers
So close to a perfectly written letter. So close.
But really, that's a class act right there.

PS...tell Coach O thanks for leaving our ac on a comfortable 72.

That’s freaking awesome! I got a ton of respect for NSU.
Still a little pissed about them beating us in baseball last year tho.

NWST seems to have been nothing but class. In a weird way, I'm happy some of their guys were able to score in Death Valley on LSU's first string. That's something I'm sure they'll be proud of forever.

I wonder why F King doesn't ever publish the letters the rant sends him?

I'll be the cynic and say he liked the payday and wants another one in the near future.

Maggio is the man. He’d be a great administrator at any school. Wish we had him at LSU

Maybe a swap plus another shitty admin to be named at a later date.

I know this gentleman and his lovely wife personally.
Chris is a terrific person all around.
LSU could have hired him in another position many years ago, and like idiots, they passed. Gave the spot to a disgusting person that is long gone.
Chances are about 100% Mr. Maggio would have ended up as the President of NSU anyway later on.

Northwestern is nothing but class. Unlike those pieces of shite in Lafayette. They represent the Northwest region of Louisiana well.

I’ll chime as well to say that Chris Maggio is a great leader. Class act. He helped recruit me to NSU some 24 years ago.

That was pretty darn awesome.

Same here, Griffman.
We were likely in some classes in undergrad. I was a Demon until 1999, worked there for two years, then move to BR to attend and work at LSU.
