Fake news and zero chance. Provisional HQ is in Colorado with the rest of AF Space and guess what that means...

I would be surprised by this as all of AF space command is in Colorado but Resdstone does have the Army's missile command and a lot of army intel departments. However if they want to distinguish Space Froce from space command it would make sense to move it to Alabama.
Redstone does also have the space to build and buildings available to use.
Lastly it would make perfect sense for the government to place a HQ at a place where it would have to use the most expensive airport in America to fly people in and out.
