Hope you like the scum that will come running, buy up the property near you, and start telling you how they want you to behave. No loud guns, and no working on hot rods/boats/trucks/equipment, in your own shop at night.

They won't be able to stop you at first, but you will get so many friendly visits from the Sheriff's Dept. That you can't really get anything done.
And no more all night jam sessions, they hate music.
Then they get your area annexed into the city limits, so their prisoner children can go to better schools. Oh Joy.
