Ahh yeah— except for:

1) he didn’t collude with Russia, therefore, he couldn’t obstruct an investigation into a crime that didn’t happen.

And 2) in regards to Flynn, Comey knew well before his Feb 14th meeting with Trump- you know, the one after which he wrote his infamous memo claiming “Trump tried to obstruct the Flynn investigation” all of the following information:

a)FBI agents didn’t think Flynn lied
b)Flynn has not committed a Logan Act violation and
c) that Flynn had been exonerated on the accusation of being a “Russian agent”

Which means that Comey knew there was no criminal investigation of Flynn for Trump to interfere with; but he chose to lie to Trump about an investigation into Flynn in an attempt to bait Trump into interfering/obstructing.

The DOJ and FBI would go on trying to bait Trump into an obstruction charge MANY more times after this incident as well. This is why Muellers team drug the investigation out for over a year and half AFTER they knew there was no collusion- they were desperate for an obstruction charge. As soon as Barr was confirmed, their gig was up and they closed the case.

And I’m sure every single one of those “former federal prosecutors” (who were too cowardly to be named publicly) would say that Hillary didn’t obstruct justice, despite ordering every piece of evidence to be physically destroyed. So pardon me for not giving a single flying frick about what some “anonymous” swamp members claim they’d do in case.
