Tulane is full of Jewish chicks who couldn't get into Brandeis (also in Boston) and Loyola is a franchise school. I mean, I could have included Strayer I guess.....

I'm aware, genius. However it is a city subway stop.
I went to Penn. I've spent time with my friends at Georgetown and UVA grad schools, as well as BU, Harvard, Princeton, Columbia etc etc
Some people have actual life experiences
Charlottesville is about a 2 and a half hour drive from DC. UVA is actually close to VCU in Richmond and James Madison in Harrisonburg.

Clemson is in the extreme SW corner of SC
In the case of Clemson, the land was donated to the state for the purpose of a college.
Edit: and you meant to say NW corner of SC.

University of Houston and TSU are both in the fifth ward and only a few miles away from Rice.

That area of the country is so beautiful. I love driving west from Corvallis to Newport and all those towns on the Oregon coast.
^^For sure! I grew up on the SW coast of OR and went to OSU for 2 years. I made the trip from Corvallis to Newport many times. OTOH, nearly the entire state is beautiful, even eastern OR, a lot of which is high desert country.
