Is Tom Herman the weirdest coach in college football?

Between the kissing of his players, the picture with Matthew McConaughey, and his strange mannerisms on the sideline, the dude is just flat out bizarre. I know Les has his quirks too, but Herman is just weirder in general.

Les was like the Dad or Uncle trying to be cool that transitioned into the old grand pa that doesn't get it.
