For those that held their nose and voted for him it would be a deal breaker, the die hard tRrumkins will rationalize it away in seconds.
His victory in Mich. Penn, Ohio was razor-thin.

I won't vote Dem, but if the 2nd is compromised, I can't vote for Trump - nose held or not.

Trump pledged to stop the mega-mass Opioid death travesty. He hasn't. If he actually wants to save 100's of thousand lives - start there. AND - Lots and lots of illegal guns on drug dealers in every American city and town.

Define that.

Because as far as I can tell, you're referencing your own hypotheticals which are based on secondary hypotheticals insinuated in various fear-filled reports.

He has passed many strict regulations on pain killer prescriptions. This prevents more from getting addicted.

Those already addicted prior to Trump and now hooked on heroin and such are mostly lost causes. It will take a few years to see good results as those people either get help or die

google Trump and opiod and you'll see numerous articles that go to great lengths to do everything but say that Trump has been working on this successfully.

numerous articles of "yeah Trump has signed legislature, but that money may run out," or "Don't let the lower deaths by opiods trick you. Trump doesn't take mental health seriously."

just funny point to me, because he's obviously taken action on it.

on guns, while i don't want any more mass shootings, there's not a gun law he can pass outside of confiscation that can end it forever. we read more stories of how people were stopped before an attack than we do actual attacks. there are laws. some of them are good and work. when they're ignored (thanks Parkland PD) we're more likely to have a bad outcome.

while "winning the election" is not the most important thing compared to people's lives, he won't gain a single vote for passing anti-2A legislation that won't work, but he will lose a lot if he does.
