That is pretty much exactly who he was, with multiple examples to prove it. He proved constantly who he was.
Did the cop have his body cam on? How far away from the criminal was the gun fired?

and that is a shining example of the logic that permeates the "community"
except when it comes to whitey. Whitey always been evil. Especially white cops.

Richardson did have a criminal background.
He had multiple drug arrests
In 2005 he was convicted of resisting an officer, battery of an officer, and simple battery.
I bet he will comply next time. Oh, wait

The most recent of which was in 2005?

He may have advanced delusionary schizophrenia with involuntary narcissistic rage, but he is a very gentle person

No idea. His whole record, nationwide, has not been released. The body cam footage is going to be important.

I’ll admit it doesn’t look good for the deputy but a good lawyer will point out that the body’s natural reaction to being shot at is to spin around. That could explain these results.

The criminal's "past" never counts because it would be absurd and probably racist to say past actions could be used to predict future behavior.
Although, in most cases, past behavior is a great indicator of how someone will act in the future.

This doesn't mean he was violent:

It means he was arrested for drugs and tried to get away. Cops love to throw a bunch of other shite on you if you try to break free from their grasp and run.
ETA:
This post was not intended to claim his innocence or guilt, just saying those charges don't always mean a guy is violent.
I got a PI charge in college and tried to run and the cop fell when he tackled me and they tried to give me battery of an officer charges.
