Even if you take away the wife beater aspect, you still have all kinds of questionable behavior. These things happened in his office. The guy is a piece of shite and as I said he has an axe to grind with OSU and Meyer. He's been on the attack since he was fired. He's all about bringing the whole thing down by any means necessary.

No. He does hate Herman, tho. Any many people think Herman (and his wife) concocted the whole thing to oust Meyer and take the OSU HC job.
BTW, Meyer turned Michael Thomas into as much of a Jugs freak as Beckham and Landry.

This is EXACTLY it. He is as insecure as it gets. He's making excuses before hand in case Burrow doesn't put up the numbers he projects, or get drafted where he hoped.

Starting to? It's all about being able to shift any blame. If O wins big, then he overcame these issues. If O falters, then he can blame Moffitt again. Setting a no lose situation.

But if LSU wants to compete in the playoffs, they'll need every edge they can get. If LSU's WRs aren't razor sharp, they'll get blown out in the playoffs.
With competitive WRs, they could win it all.
