love to see players working their arse off in solo training sessions, attitude that can take you a very long way, and millions more in your pocket from the draft and beyond
When its all said and done, Chaisson will be a first round pick.

Chaisson gearing up for monster season- video
It seems that there are a lot of people that don't realize he is goofing around in this video. On the serious side, we will need him a lot more this season than last. This 2019 defense will be a beast!

Speed, and more speed off the edge. Pass rush should be a game-changer this season.

Is he training with Questlove from the Roots?

Lol, how do you "rip, spin, extend" when you "keep your arms long" or in the extended position.
Lack of utilization of hand control, loss of power due to poor anatomical position and leverage, and over extension plague young inexperienced players limiting their ability to properly perform inside techniques (like ripping), slow and obstruct attempts at spinning, and destroy the ability to use an O lineman's momentum against them.

It’s designed to implant muscle memory so that the rusher is used to swatting away an offensive lineman’s hands from his own chest. You can’t utilize any pass rush move if a lineman gets his hands on you there.

It looks like he put on some muscle instead of fat during his rehab. Total beast.

that was an epic video and I'm happy for Chaisson. This defense will be nasty with him back on board.

This maybe great training, no idea. However, I have laughed to the point of crying 3 times today watching that gif. T Rex on steroids. Can't watch again.

The video and all the comments made this one of the funniest Rant threads in awhile.

Who is coaching him and what the hell was that. The worst thing you can do is make your arms shorter. This is the shite that aggravates me about Jo blow that was a below average high school player who now thinks he’s going to start a training program is his back yard. Please find a coach in America that believes this shite that is going on in this video. The object is the keep your arms long to be able rip, spin, extended, shed etc.

Have u ever taken a self defense class? The Offensive lineman will have his arms extended. The technique appears to teach one to break free of a lineman’s extended arms.
