Great work! I know it would be hard to pin this one down, but what was your favorite part of the trip? If you had say like a week to spend over in this area, where would be the one or two spots you really recommend concentrating on?

I would say that my favorite two things would be the chateau tours in the Loire Valley and the wine tour in the Saint-Emilion area.

The chateaus were a little difficult to do from a Paris homebase, so we had our driver drop us off at a nearby train station after our last stop, allowing us to use it as a combo day trip / travel day.
