I would love to be the judge in all these cases.
"Son, please tell the jury, yes or no, if you masturbated to what happened that fateful day."
"Ok, how many times? 762? It happened 6 months ago. Let the record state."
"Jury, please take this into consideration during your deliberation. This victim has savaged himself to the point of carpal tunnel to the 'crime' the defendant is accused of. His wang probably looks like he pushed it out of a moving car."

We really need to rethink the consensual nature of this kind of thing. Kid is obviously conscious of his decision and based on what we have in the article isn't really all that shook up about it. That doesn't compute to rape IMO. By law, it's statutory but if the kid isn't traumatized by the encounter, what is the crime?
