I would do two things to start out.
1. Rotate your grip to the right a little more, but don't overdo it and stick with a balanced stance.
2. Get an old driver and go to an open field (or if your back yard is big enough) and start with really short back swings and focus on throwing your club right down the middle of where you are aiming.
Once you consistently throw it down the middle, hit some balls at 15-25% and just try to dink them up the middle. Gradually work up your percentage, but only if you can hit 10 in a row straight with a really short back swing.

When I started playing golf I had a mild slice or big fade. Sometimes big slice. Most likely you have a outside in swing path. You are bringing your club to upright on your backswing then bringing in on your follow through. Try bringing your hands more over your right shoulder (if right handed) than upright. If you start hitting a draw/hook, adjust. Also strengthen your grip by moving your right hand more under the grip, like clockwise and move your left foot a little forward. Remember you can talk to a fade, a draw won't listen.

OP, does your ball start left then curve right, start right and go more right, or does it start pretty straight? I’m talking first 10-15 yards. Will make a huge difference in diagnosing your problem

They say for the first half of your golf life you try to get rid of a slice and start hitting draws and then the second half you try to never hit a draw again...

It varies
The majority of the time, off the tee, it will start straight and go hard right with distance
I’ve noticed with my 3wood off the faraway it starts left and goes right

I hate a draw, my miss is a hook and I cant stand it.
I rarely ever get a fade, I love when I do though. Its always a draw or a hook.

Here’s how I fix my push slice.
#1- google strong grip and use it.
#2- I hit ten or so balls at the range with a flamingo stance to feel my swing path via hank Haney vids.
#3- what really straitened mine was the reverse “C”. Tons of quality YouTube vids on it.
#4- most tour players shorten their drivers to 44.5 length to gain control. It helped me.
All these things fixed my push slice
Reverse C changed my drives

If it starts left you’re probably over the top a little. Reverse C swing path fixed that for me.

I have an incredible slice with my driver. Actually impressive how much it slices. I just leave it the bag and my golf rounds are much more enjoyable.

Easy fix.
Strengthen your grip.
Put an alignment rod at your feet aligned at your target line. Put a tee in the ground about 2ft in front of the ball but at the 2oclock position (using your target as 12oclock). Take the club back a little outside your alignment rod and then try to hit the ball at the tee in the ground. Make sure you see the club hit the ball. This will fix your slice.
Also, stand a tad bit closer to the ball.

Without seeing your swing, I would guess two causes off the top.
A weak grip and an outside in swing path. Strengthen your grip and concentrate on taking the club back slightly inside. Shortening your swing might also help.

have you tried forcing a hook/draw? Really taking the club inside/out? When you have these flaws, I have always found that it helps to go to the extreme and try to do the exact opposite. You then work on getting in the middle. Obviously filming your swing / taking a lesson is the easy answer.
