This is def correct.
He thought he would just kiss a few babies and make pelinka do all the hard work.
I honestly feel like they made him resign or he would of been fired and being a former laker that would look bad

Magic Johnson and Rob Pelinka visited with LeBron James and agent Rich Paul on Saturday, league sources tell ESPN. Johnson offered no indication that he was on the brink of bailing on the Lakers, sources said.

LeSham made his arse quit.

Is it a coincidence that the article hit today suggesting Rich Paul torpedoed the Jabari Parker deal by dangling AD as a possibility?

Magic Johnson is a low IQ, retarded, lardass beta male. His failure was expected among anyone who can read and write. What an embarrassment to humanity this cuck is.
A beta male. Guy who won five NBA championships, is damn near a billionaire and who is one of the most beloved athletes in Los Angeles. If he’s a beta, what the frick are you or any one of us? fricking incels man. fricking incels.

This isn't unexpected. Magic came from a hard working family of 9 siblings, 3 of which were half siblings. Made it big, because you know he was 'blessed', then got rich, famous, aids and LA celebrity status and he doesn't want to work.
Go figure.
Go figure.

He looks so relieved to be leaving the Lebron shite show

Remember when people called Dan Lebatard racist for saying Magic didn't have the qualifications for the job and that he had failed at most post-basektball projects he had attempted?
Good times

Magic shouldn't have to work. The guy is super rich and owns dozens of companies. He should be living the life, managing shite and doing appearances when he feels like it. I never understood running a team. Hire somebody to do that grind. Just operate as a consultant.
The biggest blessing for the Lakers were that the Pelicans were too dumb to take his offer for Davis. Now the new GM/Pres has pieces and assets to work with. So he didn't leave it totally in shambles..

The issue is they overvalued what LeBron brought to the table. They let him and his horrid crew get way too involved, didn’t have a strong actual GM to put them in their place and instead embarrassed the organization and put them in a huge hole.
Lebeon is a great player, but as a teammate and influencer he is just awful. There weren’t enough players willing to put up with his shite after his throngs played out in his career at nearly every stop.
In the end, magic doesn’t have the backbone to be POBO for a team with LeBron on it. He is just that toxic, self centered, and egotistical if a player along with his crew.
Magic is my favorite player of all time, but he’s an idiot in many ways.

I’ve never been a big Laker fan but I’m going to love seeing Laker nation run the Queen out of town for this.
