I doubt they are still the same but my 75' Craftsman black rubber garden hose is well over 20 years old, it's outlasted several box hose reels. They were made by Goodyear back then though. It will kink if you look at it the wrong way but it's extremely flexible, never had a burst spot, and shows no sign of dry rot.
